To address these challenges, we will conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of businesses and individuals using the A2P system. Based on this research, we will design a user interface that is intuitive and straightforward for businesses to use, with clear instructions and simple tools for creating and sending messages. We will also design customization and personalization options, such as the ability to include emoji in messages, as well as the ability to personalize messages with the recipient's category name and other relevant information. In addition, we will design a reliable delivery mechanism and message management tools to ensure the system is efficient and effective for both businesses and individuals.
