Challenges:

One of the main challenges of this project is to design a user-friendly search interface that allows users to easily find the entities they are looking for in the Ethiopian business directory. Another challenge is to design a mobile application with a map feature that helps users locate nearby entities and provides directions to those locations. In addition, the system should have an online payment feature that is secure and easy to use.

Solutions:

To address these challenges, we will conduct user research to understand the needs and preferences of users who are looking for service providers and other entities in Ethiopia. Based on this research, we will design a custom search engine interface that is intuitive and easy to use, with clear instructions and simple tools for finding entities in the Ethiopian business directory. We will also design a mobile application with a map feature that helps users locate nearby entities and provides directions to those locations, as well as an online payment feature that is secure and easy to use.

Result:

The completed custom search engine system will provide a user-friendly and efficient way for users to find service providers and other entities in Ethiopia, either by directly calling a call center or through a mobile application with a map feature and online payment options. The system will help users locate nearby entities and provide directions to those locations, and it will have a secure online payment feature for convenient transactions.
